1. Refund Policy Overview

At TraderJoy POS, operated by SILVER HOUSE TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES LIMITED, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

2. Subscription Refunds

TraderJoy offers a Free Core Plan which allows you to test the essential features of our system indefinitely. For paid add-ons and premium subscriptions:

  • Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid add-ons. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
  • No Refunds After Activation: Once a paid subscription period has started (monthly or annually), we do not offer refunds for that billing cycle.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If a technical error on our end prevented you from using the service you paid for, and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (7 days).
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error.

Dissatisfaction with the service features (which are available for free testing via the Core plan or Trial) is generally not considered grounds for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the billing date.

  • Your Account Email
  • Transaction ID or Invoice Number
  • Reason for the refund request
